Colonial delivers again

This is a wonderful full cast production of the book. Unlike other CRT shows, it is almost devoid of music, with the exception of drums and bugle calls. The boy playing the lead does a great job and you can hear the nervousness in his voice slowly turn to anger and determination as the final scene plays out. The battles are terrifying and quite real-sounding (I don't know how they do those cannon blasts) and you even hear the rattle of uniform equipment like cartridge boxes and canteens. I think Colonial truly captured the mood of this classic story. Highly recommended.
