Only day 2
But I'm disappointed in how this transferred to my iTunes - it's supposed to be 4 different tracks, I believe, that you vary which you listen too. However, for me anyway, it's only one 4 hour long 'song' So I don't get to choose between the tracks, have to start every night with the couple minute intro about how to use it. But here's the worst part - a track ends, there's silence. Or just quiet soothing music, or beach sounds. Nice and relaxing. I'm not quite asleep, but definitely in a restful mode. Then WHAM the next one starts, loudly, and I'm wide awake, and need to go through the whole hypnosis process again. Why isn't this broken into different tracks?
As for the actual stop-eating help, it's only been two nights, so I have seen no change. I'll comment again after more time has passed.
