Here’s to escaping the trap…
I’m a US Army Combat Infantry Veteran and work in full-time in Law Enforcement. I’ve seen and experienced allot of messed up things in my life. Although I only drink on my days off, I binge drink to “feel relaxed”. I’m 30 years old and am saying enough is enough. It’s time to escape the trap and focus on my physical and mental health to the best of my abilities. I had my last drink 6 days ago and have not craved one since finishing this book. This book uses logic into turning you off to drinking. It allows you to reflect on your experiences and pushes you towards a drink free world. Thanks again for the help!
The ONLY BOOK YOU WILL NEED TO QUIT YOUR ADDICTION
Does NOT at all sound like a robot is narrating. Maybe the previous reviewer had his speed on super low.
Nonetheless, this will be the only book you will ever need to quit your addiction. The hypnosis session at the end is a beautiful meditation to seal the deal. Never look back.
Terrible Voice Narration
Could not listen.
Was like trying to listen to a robot. 1/10
