Insightful an informative presentation

Very VERY well presented. The audio book doesn’t get bogged down in redundant or unnecessary hyperbole, keeping the audio book brief and to the point yet doesn’t miss any of the working points. To anyone contemplating this listen I would say; don’t think “simple,” or “short,” means the audio book might not adequately cover the material.

Great audio book on procrastination!

The author of this audio book had the problem of procrastination himself and the audio book is about what he learned in ridding himself of the habit. He has really good tips. At the end of the audio book, he presents a download of putting his tips into action. He sent also two emails w/ more tips. This was a very helpful audio book and a good purchase.

Simple but effective.

The lesson that jumped out at me, was the fact that once you start something that you have been putting off, it is not as bad as you thought it would be.
Do not let any concern, fear, worry or other excuse of doing something, prevent you from starting and then finishing it.
