This book is life changing, If there’s only one book I could recommend to anyone this would be the book. It made me instantly change my nutrition and it made me change my habits. I’m better for it, I wake up feeling energized apposed to feeling tired and like I don’t want to accomplish anything. My workouts are a better for it too! Our past nutritional habits is the reason behind alot of our problems, including the things we often don’t even think about like mental health, mood and energy. FOLLOW the 5 life forces and you will be better for it. I’m a month into it and I feel like a new person already. The people around you will appreciate it as well, you will be more in the moment and a better person to be around because you feel better yourself.
