self-confidence

This book inspired me to actually take the leap towards changing myself. In the 21 days the author kind of takes you by the hand to help you understand your reluctance and fear to get out of your personal comfort zone (we all feel this!). The book is full of practical exercises, some reflective, some actionable. I would suggest to incorporate certain days/exercises into your daily routine after you've finished the challenge, letting go more and more of the negative self talk and fears that are holding you back. Highy recommended!
