Great book
Great book on health but got a WTH did I buy when it got near the end of the book lol.
Filled with mistakes and falsehoods
This is the worst book I have ever read. Full of mistakes, eg a pound of fat has roughly four and a half thousand calories? Just incorrect, it’s three and a half. Typical human has a resting caloric rate of 2400??? That’s not true. I’m 6’3, 175, low body fat. Destin metabolic rate is ~1700kcal according to a decade scan. Yours is likely less!!
This guy claims that with a total of 8 hours of training, in 28 days, he gained more muscle than the liver king in 35 years on steroids. I don’t believe it.
