Amazing Book

Being a night owl my whole life, it’s been insanely hard to switch to a early morning routine. My wife and I began getting up at 530, but we were struggling to get enough sleep. This book had the last few tips we needed to complete the adjustment. Super helpful. I love it’s explanation of needing a night routine. That’s what we were missing. I suppose this could be useless to somebody who doesn’t struggle so much with waking early, but as someone who does- it was EXTREMELY helpful :)

Sounds like perhaps a high schooler wrote this for a class project. Repeats the same information throughout each chapter over and over using slightly different words in order to make it longer. It’s like when your teacher said your essay has to be 2000 words, and you fill it in with fluff while still saying the same thing. Overview: go to bed at the same time every night. Wake up at 5 am, drink water, stretch, spend your day planning tomorrow so it’s not so hard. The end.
