Publisher Description
The Adventure of the Gloria Scott appeared in The Memoirs of Sherlock Holmes. This story is unusual in that it is related mainly by Holmes rather than Watson. It is the very first case in which Holmes applied his powers of deduction to solve a case. Up till that time he had treated his deductive powers as a hobby.

Long Time Reader, First Time Listener
No, my eyesight's not going! I decided to purchase this audiobook after failing to find the same material at my local library, and after discovering I lacked both the patience and the funds to have the book shipped in. I could not be more delighted with this product! It is word for word with the original, first printed in The Strand so very long ago, and the effort to embody the characters with individual personalities is astoundingly spot-on and enthusiastic. Add in an appearance by the calmly brilliant Victor Trevor, combined with an old-world radio feel, and this story is just as perfect as could be. And just as amazing as I remember.
