Loved Quality - missing some pieces
Chunks of at least two stories were missing, but the quality of the reading was pleasing. Why doesn't someone fix this? Still - worth the price.
Great!
I enjoyed this book very much. The reader is good and doesn't over do the voices, though sometimes I got lost by who was speaking, but that was more my lack of attention then anything. I would very much recommend this book.
Skips sections
This recording skips large sections from certain stories--so far I have noticed it in the Adventure of the Blue Carbuncle and the Adventure of the Noble Bachelor, and a few others which I cannot recall. It makes the stories completely incomprehensible, and destroys the quality of this work. These missing sections MIGHT go unnoticed by those who had never read the book, but as one familiar with the stories, the errors are glaring. I do not think that technical issues on my end are the problem--any way I try it, the missing sections are simply missing. I strongly reccomend against buying this version of the great classic, as it does not do it justice by any means.
