Excellent
My favorite of the Samaria books. I’ve been rereading them all for the first time since the 90s. I always felt it was a travesty these books didn’t get more popular, they have some really interesting world building and likable believable characters with actual flaws. I wish they had gotten a movie or tv series, they are much more deserving than most of the series that get that treatment.
I find the narrator to be quite good too, many audio book narrators become quickly annoying to me but this one is great.
