I feel like I got more out of this book by listening to it rather than reading it. Fantastic voice from John Green. Informative, fun, heartbreaking, and magical!!!

I give John Green’s The Anthropocene Reviewed 5 stars !!!!!
One of the most beautiful and astonishingly human pieces of literature I have ever had the pleasure of reading/listening to. I give The Anthropocene Reviewed 5 stars.
I give “The Anthropocene Reviewed” five stars.
Just finished this book. I couldn’t put it down. It’s a perfect mix of hope and blunt honesty. It’s emotionally charged in both directions. Most of all… these essays reject apathy.
Live your life. Live your life. Live your life.
First book I’ve finished in years. Maybe 10, and I was unbelievably sad when it was over. I love introspective art and this made me feel the way music does.
I don’t know exactly how to feel about this book. Some chapters felt really slow and monotonous but others felt like listening to an older family member tell a story. Just sitting and enjoying the story and experiences. It made me think a lot about everything. The book cover is intertwined road looking things and I think that sums up how I feel about this book.
On days when you can’t get any good conversation out of anyone, listen to a few chapters of this book.
It was enough :)
Quite honestly the most interesting book I’ve ever listened to. Lovely, touching, informative, and so much more.
