One Of The Few Books Ive Read Over The Past 20 Years.
I found this book in the mid 90s when I was dealing with a lot of issues with depression and anxiety and it spoke to me. It still speaks to me. It is spiritual, not religous or dogmatic, and fluid. It does not endore or discount any teaching. As a Christian I've found it helpful for my own faith by allowing me to see that all things do eminate from One Source and returning to that One Source is the Art of Peace. I would give this book 100 out of 5 stars if possible.
