Outstanding Story & Narration🎧 A Steamy Delight!

I loved everything about this book, from Kim Loraine’s wonderful writing style to the fabulous characters and storylines she created to the perfectly cast narrators who bring it all to life from the pages to your ears. No one does cowboys like Kim Loraine, not only are they swoon worthy but they are hardworking, kindhearted, thoughtful and know how to treat their women, women who are smart, strong and can easily handle any cowboy and put him in his place when necessary. We see some familiar characters in this first book of “Anything for Love”, Maverick Wilde has been staying in Montana on the Wilde Ranch with his half brothers to fulfill the stipulation in his father’s will, he also inherited ownership to the Seattle Cyclones Hockey Team. He continues to split his time, going back to help at his grandfather’s ranch in Texas, where he plans to return to when his year is up. Clara Barnes, the local Veterinarian, takes care of all the animal on the Wilde Ranch, Maverick was attracted to her the moment he first saw her but knew she was off limits, the two hit it off and became good friends. Clara decides she wants to be a Mom and plans on doing it on her own using an anonymous sperm donor. Maverick does not like that idea and volunteers to donate, it is a perfect arrangement, she is looking for a no strings attached baby and he is not looking for a long term commitment. So what could go wrong? Clara needs to protect her heart and Maverick is afraid to open his. I loved how everything played out in this book, these two were perfect together and for each other, the chemistry between them was electric and smoking hot. There is never a dull moment in this book, the story is entertaining and cleverly potted with the perfect balance of drama, humor, heartfelt emotions and steamy romance. Kim Loraine, thank you for another fabulously delightful romance novel, it is always great to visit your cowboy world.

🎧📚🎧 And for the amazing narration, J.F. Harding and Stella Hunter are talented narrators and versatile voice artists. These entertaining storyteller delivered an outstanding performance duet style. They had a complete understanding of the characters they portrayed, gave each a voice that fit the character’s persona to a tee, sounding believable in every role they played and just as I pictured the characters to sound. J.F Harding played Maverick’s role with swoon worthy perfection and Stella Hunter nailed it as Clara. They set the perfect tone for the story, captured all the characters’ emotions and projected them into their performance. Thank you for another wonderful listen, it is always a pleasure to listen to your audiobooks.
