Finally a book that explains that a restaurant brand must be built from the inside out! Joseph eloquently details, using mythology about bulls to illustrate his points, how to successfully build and nurture a restaurant brand. Joseph demonstrates that a restaurant's brand is created at every consumer touch point, and that a restaurants' employees are a critical component to bringing an authentic restaurant brand to life. He further highlights his points with stories from his and others' past experience, providing a compelling and clear roadmap for restaurant owners, managers and other executives to follow, whether they are running an existing brand or thinking about creating a new concept.

I've worked with restaurants from large publicly traded companies, and decades old legacy brands, to small independent restaurant brands and start-up concepts for over 20 years. All could benefit from the wisdom that Joseph shares with candor, humor and conviction in the Bullhearted Brand.
