Used to love cheese. Not anymore. Dr Barnard sold me on becoming vegan. Unfortunately the pdf didn’t come with the audiobook download through iTunes.
Interesting & helpful resource to break the addiction
I haven’t gotten very far into the listen; I’m just on Chapter 2, but enjoying it so far. I really appreciate Dr. Barnard’s research & like his approach to conveying the facts. Knowledge really is power, especially when given the additional practical help to make a change. The narrator is easy to listen to, as well.
This audiobook does include PDF content with recipes, but you have to know where to go to access it. There are a couple of different ways, but here’s one: Once you open the audiobook, tap the circle with 3 dots (ellipsis) for a menu of options. The second option from the top is “View PDF Content”. Another option: Tap the icon on the bottom right of the screen that looks like dots with lines behind them & a folded paper. This has the track list & also the option to “View PDF Content”.
