Great book but…
This is a great book, but it really needed a male narrator for Kayden’s chapters. It took me awhile to get used to the female narrator doing all the voices and wasn’t as enjoyable as other duel narrated novels.
3rd time reading this series!
Compelling, moving, and powerful character transformation. I read the entire series when they debuted from 2012 in hand and i couldn’t put this book or the others down. Listening to the audiobook series again a decade later out of college now with a young family now, i still fall inlove with the protagonists and their beautiful best friends. The story arc is written so darn well, there’s a strong story, plot, morals, and ofcourse - 3 dimensional characters that you will connect with, empathize with, and root for!!! I love Callie and Kayden so much. I journeyed beside them when i was their age and even now at 30!
