Wow!
Unbelievable! I’ve never heard of this before. Even though it’s just based on true information.
Just intriguing enough to finish
It is a very slow paced book. The author spends chapters upon chapters giving excruciating detail about balls of yarn moving, and then when it gets to pieces of the story that are actually interesting or complex she glasses over very nuanced ideas in less than a paragraph. There are portions of his book that seem to be beyond the authors knowledge base, and the glossing over or explanation of details comes across as lazy and uninformed. It’s a decent concept, but the story could’ve been either shelved or summed up in about 15 pages. Not going to read another book from this author
