Want fully refund!

I paid for the audibook and purchased it, but it's not downloadable. I see an error message every time and it says, download later.

Another inconvience is, I thought this audibook has parts, I mean they separated it to the chapters. But I was wrong, it's whole more than 7 hours. How can I listen that all 7 hours at once. Good audibook is separated by chapters. Pleaser refund.
