Other than the Gospels best Biography on Jesus
This books shows the love and compassion of Jesus. The Bible is the best, but this books comes up in second place. The author shows a love of Jesus and gives great insights into His life. She points the reader to Him!
Favorite book of all time..
I'm an avid reader, even compulsive... I read a wide range of books, from romance, historical, sci-fi, suspense... from trash to high-brow. But I have to say that this is the most beautiful book I've ever read. I read it again every couple of years and find undiscovered depths and lessons. If you're looking for a deeper understanding in your life, you will find it. Best way? Place yourself in the story, don't go looking for lessons for others, look for the lessons for you. This book is a treasure!!
Captures the essence of Christ's life
I have read this book many times and am amazed at it's simplicity and depth. There are many books on the life of Christ but this one captures his essence so uniquely without diluting the essentials of his message. Highly recommended.
