Great intro to his work
If you're not familiar with the Diamond Approach but are curious to learn more about it, Tami Simon does a great job of interviewing him with a beginner's mind. A lot of in depth information about his approach, and he comes across as completely genuine, relaxed and open. I've gone back to this a few times always learning more each time.
