The Easter Egg Express

This audiobook is narrated by an AI Voice. Poppy is a bunny, a conductor, and — most importantly — a keeper of promises. Every Easter morning, exactly three minutes before sunrise (his pocket watch insists), he drives the Easter Egg Express across Honeydew Meadow, delivering painted eggs to every burrow, nest, and den. But this Easter, the night rain washes out the bridge over Giggle Creek, and the train can't get through. With sunrise racing toward him, Poppy and his friends have to invent a whole new route: Wren the tiny-but-mighty wren flies eggs across by ribbon, twin mice Moss and Fern argue their way through the Tall Grass Tunnel, gruff hedgehog Bea packs two hundred eggs in wool, and even grumpy Old Grump the heron lends a wing. A warm, funny, read-aloud Easter adventure about stubbornness (the useful kind), listening, and the friends who become your route — with 11 full-color illustrations and activity pages at the back.
