Well structured guide

By the end of chapter 3, the book covers the spectrum of subjects, to be covered in more detail throughout the rest of the book. Every important point is repeated periodically, which helps retention of the key ingredients, making this program easier to implement. Great book! It overlaps the concepts in Steven Gundry’s books, as well, specializing in the dietary components of healing Alzheimer’s and many other chronic health problems.
