Bravo, Andy Serkis, this is an audiobook masterpiece!
The standard by which all audiobooks should now be judged; the one audiobook to rule them all. Andy Serkis does an absolutely phenomenal job narrating Tolkien’s masterpiece. You are completely absorbed by all of it, through his expert impersonations of all the characters and races of Middle Earth to the folk songs that he sings throughout. I’d go so far as to say that this is the version of Tolkien’s story that you should be experience. Forget reading the books on your own, forget watching the movies, THIS is how you should experience your adventures through Middle Earth.
Ridiculous chapter titles
I'm not sure why apple books is so incompetent but they are always missing chapter titles, and this is no exception. Will be getting a refund, what rubbish.
Perfect narrator
Who else would be a better fit to read this than Andy Serkis. Great narration and greater story
