Find your Sisu

The author emigrates to Finland and adopts a Finnish way of life. She uses sauna, cold plunges, and exercise as medicine to help treat her mental health. She learns to flourish and enjoy the Nordic lifestyle. She taught me to start small and make gradual steps to find my Sisu. I will give this positive and informative book to my daughter for Christmas. It is an enjoyable read and counterpoint to Anu Partanen’s book emigrating to North America.
