Waaaayyyyy better than expected.
It was like a mix of Halo and Starship Troopers. Started pretty slow like Starship Troopers with a long introduction to the characters in basic training but once it got going it was nonstop action till the end like the Halo games. I might just be easily entertained but I highly recommend it. Plus, the first book is free.
