Angeles Arrien was an anthropologist and teacher whose work combined cultural anthropology, psychology, and comparative religion. The Four-Fold Way® is an educational experience that demonstrates how to “walk the mystical path with practical feet” and emphasizes four major principles that integrate ancient perennial wisdoms into contemporary life. Through invocation, stories, and guided meditations, Dr. Arrien offers tools and practices to deepen one’s experience and embodiment of character development in order to increase personal and professional effectiveness. The Four-Fold Way supports individual and collective growth in our work, health, families, communities, and relationship with the Earth.
