Excellent spiritual book
Probably one of the best spiritual books I’ve ever read or listened to, although still early in the journey. What I liked is it that it is essentially a synthesis of the spiritual writings of 7 of the Doctors of the Church who are recognized as contributing spiritual or doctrinal writings that are applicable to all ages of the Church. So I highly recommend and it is probably worth getting the written version as it seems like there are a few chapters that one could go back to multiple times.
