The characters are all pretty dumb, especially for this circumstance. All the men are obsessed with the main character who is unaware of her power over them 🤦🏻♀️ It’s pretty cringy. It had potential… but it went the “pick me girl” cringy path

I’m bummed that I
paid $4.99 for this audiobook. The narrator was good, but the characters were two dimensional, the dialogue was not compelling, and many of the scenarios were preposterous.
For example, when a main character turns up missing, the person’s friends make decisions about how to proceed when the family members are right there and can easily be asked their wishes.
I trusted reviews on this site, but will look elsewhere for reviews before purchasing again.
It seems like the author have a solid following and other books that may be worth reading, but this one’s not it.

Not all parts of it were realistic and I figured it out about halfway through the book but I enjoyed the story line.
