GREAT Listen👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Hard Thing About Hard Things - Ben Horowitz. Author gives credit where credits are due. The way this book is articulated, written and intended is Noble. It prepares you to practice leadership in all levels. How to build, grow, sell or keep a company. How to live a well-lived entrepreneurship life and run an online business.

It teaches you how to act with integrity in all times both personal and professional life. NOT as a logo or good-on-paper talking points only. It teaches you how to make good decisions and act on them daily, despite who’s supporting you or not. How to hire great working team members, specially when facing crisis. How to hold yourself and others accountable in terms of mishandling trust, responsibilities and/or NOT meeting expectations.

As you go in life, you learn how to lead by example and have your company function both in peace and war times. It instills in you the deep faith, love and loyalty you’d like to have when working in a company and culture that cares about YOU (as an employee) first and foremost.

I consider this book one of the greatest schools of LEADERSHIP and management, helping anyone who decides to learn and better themselves. It encourages you to contribute and put in the hard work to be part of a strong team when given opportunity to involve in the decision making positions of your organization. Teaches you how to establish, run or merge both good marketing and customer support teams. And so much more that I cannot count.

I’d say, you need to pay attention as you read/listen and write down any idea that comes to you as you go through the priceless stories and words of wisdom, because they carry most of the lessons.

You might hear the word CEO a lot, don’t be distracted by it, focus on the lessons given. You may also need to read/listen more than once (probably couple of times) to get the most out of this book. Definitely recommend to anyone who wants to become a great leader, whether they work in customer service industry, or federal government organizations. Thanks!🙏
