I like listening to Mel. She’s real and raw. One of the best books I’ve listened to about self love.
Broken and rebuilt
As I listen to this book the truth of it I can’t ignore. Mel’s honestly and straightforward speaking cut through. I don’t really ever like writing reviews, but this I feel saved my sanity and in some ways saved my life. The life I want. I wish I could hug her I don’t feel alone anymore in my own troubled thoughts. All my steps led me to this beautiful woman’s teaching and story and I’m extremely grateful I feel I may be able to live life instead of surviving it. Thank you from my soul, thank you.
I loved it so much, I didn’t want it to end
This book was fantastic. Mel is fantastic. I find myself listening to what she is saying and looking forward to implementing it. I loved it so much, I’m going to listen again. It’s like I want to shout from the rooftops to read this book and give it to everyone I know. What a great big high 5!
