Life changing

This book is the best I’ve ever read. No other diet worked for me. Couldn’t figure out why I was not losing weight. Despite doing two workouts a day, getting over 10k steps, counting calories, taking vitamins. I even went gluten free. No weight loss.

A friend told me to look into gut health and this book came up. I’m in my 20’s, don’t have kids, obviously not in menopause, but still had a lot of the systems mentioned in this book. (Fatigue, irritability, night sweats). I’m now on my 3rd reset and have lost over 15 pounds and kept it off!

The best part is I actually enjoy eating now because I cook, the food is healthy and tastes good. Love getting on the scale and seeing the number go down every week as well. The night sweats stopped on day 3 of the reset! Wow! I just am so grateful for Dr Sara. Thanks to her I feel better and have hope.

The reset was a big change and the first 4 days was hard for me. I was very hungry, but after that I was fine. The cravings for bad food went away and now I just eat for satiation. It’s great and life changing!!! Read it!
