Good Plot, Goofy Voices
It’s a good one if you like a basic psychological thriller with a twist. The plot kept me engaged and I couldn’t stop listening to it…once I got past the character’s voices. The narrator makes them sound like old women. The main character is supposed to be 24 but she sounds like she’s 50! I liked the way that everything came together in the end.
Ultra unrealistic story, could have been better
The story is good, and keeps you guessing until the end. The 1st person narrative voice does not fit the character. The baby in the story is so neglected that it made me wince- again, very unrealistically written. Maybe if you read the book it’s not so bad.
