Wish I’d Read Not Listened

This is one of those books that I feel is so well written and special that I wish I would have read it, not listened to it. That said, fantastic narration.

Loved this!

I wasn’t expecting to like this book as much as I did! I really enjoyed this story! I thought it was going to be a depressing and uplifting book about a sad hoarder but it’s not! It is an uplifting and sweet story about a woman who regains her confidence. It is a story about the lives of those who have lost things both significant and unimportant. It is about an old man who writes short stories and is trying to redeem himself in his wife’s eyes. Everyone’s stories are weaved beautifully together and mentioned at just the right points in the novel. I also love how the connection between all the stories is explained in the beginning and takes on a twist at the end. Such a great read!
