Love the author
Didn’t love this novel. The sound is awful as well.
Lisa is a great author but her narrators are terrible. I listen to books while I work and I just cannot get into her books because the narrators have no gumption pizzazz or enthusiasm. The majority are just so dry and monotone to the point where I just skip the purchase after the preview. Again, the author is great but the narrators are horrendous.
