Terrible
This guy never gets to the point. He states the obvious. He states no skills, and keeps pushing this motivational speaker tone. If you are a diligent, intellectual, and looking for true sales techniques, this book is not it.
Negative
I hate this book! The author is so full of himself and considers all other sales people dumb. There are a lot of great books available without wasting your time listening or reading this.
