Always does more than expected
You must prepare yourself for this. I tell friends it’s spirit, soul, and body with this. It challenges you in many ways. The physical part is the icing on the cake. I intentionally read my word and pray more, not only to sustain, but to advance spiritually and in knowledge and wisdom. If you are a person of faith, this will increase it if you seek for it.
