The Mind Matters (Unabridged‪)‬

This is the second book in the Mental Health Matters collection. This book has multiple poems, positive thoughts, and positive sayings. Most of the people who listen to the books can relate to some of the poems written. Most people are going through some mental health problems and may be too afraid to ask for help. I am writing these books to be that shoulder someone can lean on to get some help. Sometimes a person needs someone they don't know who can be nonjudgmental and speak some positive words to them. I hope these books help you get through your rough patch to move forward.
