Mortal falls
Great funny story! Laugh out loud funny and lots of twists and turns. Wonderfully romantic and charming characters. Loved the parents! Lol!
Lengthy, Action Packed, good narrator
I really wanted to like this book more. It was over 11 hours of listening and I felt like it was almost wasted.
There’s a lot of action, I loved the characters and even the premise of the story. There was enough romance to keep a reader like me interested, and trying to figure out what was going to happen next definitely kept me on my toes.
**Spoiler**
The main issues that I had were that there was a whole 25 minute chapter dedicated to intimacy, it didn’t seem like Lindsay ever got a break (things constantly happening one after the other to her or Nevin), and then it just seemed to be so drawn out. I’m all for the build up, but this felt like this book definitely could have been wrapped into one book instead of a (very lengthy) trilogy.
So this book just wasn’t for me.
I did like the narrator, she wasn’t my favorite but I think she did a great job with all the different accents and voices.
