Meh…
The story was bland compared to the previous ones. This narrator is terrible. Strange breathy pronunciation, weird pauses. I know it says Debbie Soelter but it sounds like bad AI.
I’m honestly trying to decide if I want to pay money for the other books she is narrating.
Book was good
The book itself was great. The person reading was subpar. There were strange pauses and annunciations. I guess I can’t complain too much. It’s not like I am recording the book.
Torn
Absolutely love the series. But this narrator makes it tough to continue listening.
