This book has some great information in my opinion. The book was a little long winded, but all and all I am glad I listened to it. I believe I personally have benefited by this book. I must say that the book becomes a little long winded, I wish the book were about 1/2 the length it was. I will listen to it again to capture more of the valuable information.
