Open yourself to the transforming experience of The Power of Now, the acclaimed bestseller by revolutionary spiritual teacher Eckhart Tolle.
To make the journey into the Now we will need to leave our analytical mind and its false created self, the ego, behind. From the very first minute of Eckhart Tolle's extraordinary book, we move rapidly into a significantly higher altitude where we breathe a lighter air. We become connected to the indestructible essence of our Being, “The eternal, ever present One Life beyond the myriad forms of life that are subject to birth and death.”
Although the journey is challenging, Eckhart Tolle uses simple language and an easy question and answer format to guide us. A word of mouth phenomenon since its first publication, The Power of Now is one of those rare audiobooks with the power to create an experience in listeners, one that can radically change their lives for the better.
APPLE BOOKS REVIEW
In terms of commitment, The Power of Now is somewhere between using an online meditation app and going deep into the tenets of Buddhism philosophy. Spiritual adviser Eckhart Tolle has a wonderfully soothing voice that avoids woo-woo mysticism—during the course of this book, he reveals his own struggles with depression and an overactive mind, coming across as more of a relatable friend than some kind of guru. The Power of Now positions self-improvement as an ongoing process, not a specific goal…which is probably the healthiest way to think of it.

Don't even think about it, just get this book. Even if you are advanced in spirituality, even if you are a total non-believer, I think this will change your life. It's like it opens your eyes and you see completely differently. It's amazing. By the way, I highly recommend listening to it while you're hiking or walking around in public. It brings everything to life!

Sped the audio book up to 1.5 x was more my speed. Great content on staying grounded in one’s self and the present. Should be a required reading for all.
Although a lot of things mentioned in this book we already know, it helps us to actually focus and concentrate. Will most likely listen again. Definitely recommend!
