Very motivating but also so relatable
I am, without a shadow of a doubt someone who struggles with consistency! What I LOVE about this book is the author takes real life scenarios, her initial lack of motivation and overall struggles with keeping a consistent work out routine to explain the power of a streak, and how the streak came to fruition. Very very motivating! I binged the whole audiobook in one sitting!
