Excellent audio version of a terrific book!
This audio version of The Prince of Midnight is a labor of love, you can tell, on the part of Laura Kinsale. She respects her written work by producing a profoundly successful audio version, both in her pick of narrator, Nicholas Boulton, and in the production values. I've never had a better experience with an audio book, although I will admit I mostly listen to non-fiction. But here we have a story that translates well to audio and grips you in the same way a really good movie does. Buy this if you want a well told story that has emotional resonance and a narrator who is up to the task of acting it out, ambitious accents and all!
Wonderfully written and narrated!
This is one of my all-time favorite books by one of my favorite writers. The narrator has a wonderful voice that doesn't distract from the story. I couldn't be happier with the audio version of this classic romance. I highly recommend it to both new and old Laura Kinsale fans!
