I honestly feel like I got a steal of a life time, the spiritual riches released in this book far surpassed what I thought what possible.. If your looking to change your life and others around you, buy this book as fast as you can and get alone with the Lord. If ur not then don't.

I was so EXCITED when I finally found these Psalms in an audiobook form in The Passion Translation!!! This excitement was then MULTIPLIED many times over when I found the answer to my prayers …. that this audiobook (and hopefully EVERY audiobook of TPT) is actually read by the author himself, Brian Simmons (a man after God’s own heart). I have met the author and was under his ministry in a dynamic small church in CT. He was a special guest at the time I didn’t realize who he was, that he actually was called and anointed by The Lord to translate The Bible! W-O-W!!!

I’m totally convinced of his calling, anointing, and ability to do this great task which is why I was praying that brother Simmons would be the only one to read The Word in audiobook form. I knew that if some else read it they might mistakenly put too much emphasis on one word or another which can leave you with an entirely different meaning. Also, if it’s read with a different tone of voice it can change the meaning. I wanted to trust it would be read well and keep it’s integrity. That was very important to me. I want to know what Father, Son and Holy Spirit are saying to us at such a time as this… in these last days. That is precisely how I listen to every Word of this translation as though HE is speaking directly to me, and it’s THRILLING to hear and FEEL what HE has to say!!!!

I was also hoping and praying that the audiobook wouldn’t be drowned out by annoying sound effects and dominated by loud distracting music. This too was done BEAUTIFULLY! I was immediately upset when I found out there was music on it. I just wanted The Word! However, the selection of music was done so tastefully that it only enhances the reading, making it even more enjoyable and in NO WAY detracts. What a symphony!!!! The Word, the reading, and the vocals and music!!!!! I am overjoyed with this orchestration from The Lord. As it’s read it touches my heart in a very deep and amazing way. Now, I want to pour out my heart more than ever before to Father like David did in the Psalms. HE longs to fellowship with us in that intimate way. Don’t try this kind of intimacy with ANY person, EVER … you’ll end up in agony, but you may trust your heart to HIM!

Of course, I have The Passion Translation books of The Bible that are available so far as well in book form. I will continue to buy every book and every audiobook as they become available. The audiobooks are PRICELESS to me though because i can have them playing all through the night, building my spirit and faith as I sleep ( not to mention warding off evil), plus I can even play them while I work or do other things on my IPhone. I play it in the car, while i’m cooking or sewing or whatever.

I like most translations of The Bible, The King James version was my favorite before The Passion Translation came out. You can buy less expensive audio Bibles but… why on earth would you want to do that??? !!! This one is HOT-OFF-THE-PRESS, fresh from The Throne Room. Dr Simmons had an encounter with THE LORD HIMSELF, in preparation for this great work. It’s worth the extra money I assure you. I want this masterpiece to be made affordable and available to all of course, but I can’t imagine a monetary value that would have stopped me from buying this treasure. I would have paid many times more than the price asked for it. Besides, is it possible to invest in HIM and His Word and HE not replenish what you paid… and then some? I think not! I am so grateful for this gift to The body of Christ, The Church, at this time. I’d have rated it much more than five stars if I could have. Enjoy your feast!
