In a feat of virtuoso storytelling, Anne Rice unleashes Akasha, the queen of the damned, who has risen from a six-thousand-year sleep to let loose the powers of the night. Akasha has a marvelously devious plan to “save” mankind and destroy the vampire Lestat—in this extraordinarily sensual novel of the complex, erotic, electrifying world of the undead.

Great continuation on the series
Love the story and the narrator has been great through the entire series. Mr Vance is fantastic and my only critique is that his American bikers all sound like radio announcers. Otherwise the story, audio quality and narration has been superb!
Way to many characters for one narrator
This was honestly painful to get through. There’s way to many characters talking for one narrator or who barely changes his voice. I had no idea what was going on at one point.
