We were enchanted by Soman Chainani’s exciting tale, which was inspired by the trappings of classic fairy tales. When Sophie and Agatha are whisked away from their boring little village to the fantastical School for Good and Evil, they must fight to keep their friendship alive. Chainani brilliantly expands the young women’s story into an epic battle between good and evil that will determine the fate of the entire school. Narrator Polly Lee does a wonderful job portraying princesses, witches, wolves, and fairies, building the action-packed magical drama with each scene. The School for Good and Evil is a delightful reimagining of how fables and legends are formed—and why they’re so captivating.

Loved the book and the movie

I absolutely love this series and have read the books multiple times. It is extremely unique and unpredictable. I am beyond grateful that I stumbled across this book years ago, it’s truly incredible.
Love this book!!!!!
This book has a very unique storyline which I like very much. It shows fairytale characters in a different light then the average fairytale. My favorite thing about this book is that it includes a lot of humor. The only thing with this book is that I would recommend this for like teenagers more then the younger audience just because a lot of the humor and things in this book points a little more towards the adult side rather then kid but other than that it’s a great book!
