Enter her flight seatmate Dylan. He has one overseas fight to convince Maddie that she needs more of a break and what better way to take a break than to see the sights of Iceland with him. I loved this holiday short by Kristen Proby. The Montgomery family was my first foray into connected series romance way back when (2012 I think!). To say that I’m still in love with this family is an understatement. The truth is that I fall even more in love with them each time. From the siblings, to the cousins, to now the kids, Kristen keeps reimagining this family in new and exciting ways to the delight of readers both old and new. I relate to Maddie on so many levels and it was delightful to see her and Dylan navigate through the labels that they put on themselves. As always, wait for the next one.
