Admittedly, I am a big fan of Million Dollar Listing NY, but objectively this is the best book I've listened to on how to succeed in the business world. I'm buying it as a gift for friends, family, and colleagues. It's a quick listen (a little over 8 hours) and has some great advice on how to persuade, how to work efficiently, and how to motivate yourself and those around you. I also liked the fact that the author read the book himself, so you get a true sense of what he wants to emphasize. I'm listening to it for the second time so I can take notes. Highly recommend it and I hope the author writes another one soon.
