Love Love Love

Ive tried so many different sleep meditations and this one is the best for me and the hypnosis is just a huge plus. The music really helps me sleep and the part I like most is Rachael’s voice. That can be the most distracting part for me in other guides meditations and hypnosis. Even more interesting is that I really feel different. My will power has definitely gotten stronger without a doubt!!! I’m also one to fidget and it’s hard for me to relax so I can’t stand the tapes that take 30 minutes to just relax you, before they start any work. Joel’s session has a way of relaxing me in a shorter period of time and combing it with the hypnosis to begin earlier. I’m purchasing many more tapes now.
